About 7 years ago Hunter came into my and John's life. We adopted him from the local animal shelter in Valdosta. If we were to add another dog to our family it would definitely be another pound puppy. Hunter is our child - a spoiled rotten child. He pretty much runs the household. Seven years ago when we added him to our lives my dear friend Katie brought him a little basket full of goodies. We have had that basket ever since. It has been holding all of his toys. At one point the basket had a large handle, but during those puppy years Hunter destroyed it. This past weekend John bought Hunter a brand new basket for his toys!!

Bailey has that EXACT same basket! It's underneath our end-tables and when she wants something, she pulls it out by the handle. TOO CUTE!
Aw, a new basket for Hunter! He's got a lot of toys to choose from. What a lucky dog to have such great parents!
we HAD that exact same basket--we bought it for our shoes--because I quickly learned when we moved into this two story house in August that somehow shoes never made it back to the 2nd floor--so I bought that basket, put it at the foot of the stairs and every couple of days I haul it up the stairs and put the shoes back where they belong--then we got brave and started leaving Maddie (our puppy) out and I came home one day and she had shredded and I mean SHREDDED that basket all over our house! She has her own basket of toys that she's never tried to shred--don't know what it was about that basket. Needless to say, I bought a different type for the new shoe basket! And um, we don't leave Maddie out anymore! :)
