Project 365 - Day 52

The old PBJ - Peanut Butter & Jelly...an American tradition. Some add lots of PB, others add lots of Jelly - either way its a great sandwich. When I was making this sandwich I started to remember the very first time John made me one. We had just started dating - actually I don't know if we were officially dating at this point or not, anyway, he was making me a sandwich and began with the peanut butter. Next he wiped off the knife. What? I was so confused. He said he didn't want to mix the peanut butter into the jelly jar. I truly had never thought about that...regardless I guess the sandwich was pretty good :)
